Local Youth Conference (LCOY) is a global event held in over 100 countries ahead of the Global Conference of Youth (COY) to provide a platform for discussions on climate issues and to consolidate outcomes for the COY conference. LCOY Vietnam specifically aims to enhance youth engagement in achieving national climate objectives, facilitate youth dialogues, and offer recommendations to the Vietnamese negotiating delegation at COP 29.
